Our Story

As businesses become more connected, automated and data-driven, the way we experience risk is changing. AI and automation can make decisions faster, but they can also hide the small warning signs that we as humans used to notice.

Anna Dowle
Founder and Principal Story Teller
Anna has spent over 25 years helping organisations across defence, technology and infrastructure make better decisions through the creation of an enduring risk culture alongside effective governance. Her background combines strategic risk management with a deep interest in the human factors behind automation, AI and emerging technologies.
A Certified Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management and A Fellow of the International Institute or Risk & Safety Management, Anna has advised leaders on programmes valued from £5m to £800m; always focused on one question "how do we understand what risk means to the people empowered to deliver the vision of the business?"
